With much of my work being rooted in activism, racial justice, and ecosystems of care, it is vital to have levels of accountability for my own work as well both to be self-reflective but also to allow for my own growth as a professional. We love clear forms of communication pathways

Grievance Policy

If you have a grievance with my work, practice or teaching, please follow the following steps

When bringing forward a grievance, I encourage you to first bring the grievance to me directly via the evaluation method provided (if in a workshop) or via email at mattdenney.nv@gmail.com

  1. If a resolution is not reached or if you do not feel comfortable reaching out to me directly, please contact my accountability partner, Zoe Burke at ZoeBurke.intimacy@gmail.com with your grievance.

  2. Once the grievance is received, I will contact my accountability pod and / or consult with the appropriate parties in order to find a resolution that centers transformative accountability and justice.

  3. Then, I will respond to you within 2 to 3 business days regarding our next steps. That response may look like an update regarding how much additional time may be needed to properly respond to your grievance.
